Let’s look at the month ahead. We’ve got Easter. We’ve got 4/20. We’ve got Easter on 4/20?! Oh boy, it’s gonna be a big one! That one day alone is going to be a day of eating the likes of which have never been seen. So naturally, we have to go to Costco to stock up on tasty new products. Everyone’s favorite warehouse store looked ahead and filled its shelves with some real winners this month, so let’s get into what to buy at Costco in April for all the festivities to come.

Lox in a Box Snack Kit

When the 4/20 festivities start well before Easter dinner is ready, you might need something to tide you over until that spiral-cut ham hits the table. These Lox in a Box snack kits are like classy Lunchables. You get smoked salmon, cream cheese, and crackers so you can build little stacks of fish and spreadable cheese without making yourself an entire bagel and getting yelled at for “spoiling your supper.”

Kirkland Signature Butter Sugar Cookies with Spring Sprinkles

There’s no better time than Easter Sunday to bust out the pastel sprinkles. Plate these up for a simple sweet treat to end a hefty Easter brunch—and save a few for yourself as a reward for cleaning up after everyone leaves. Costco’s bakery section rarely steers us wrong, so I know we’re in good hands with these cute little cookies.

Annie’s Organic Cinnamon Rolls

Making Easter brunch for one? Personally, I like to make cinnamon rolls from a tube. They’re simple to throw together and they taste best right out of the oven, so they’re perfect to eat when you don’t have to worry about corralling a house full of people to the dining room table before you dig in. This box from Costco comes with three tubes so you can save the other two for a hungover weekend down the line. Hey, Cinco de Mayo is right around the corner…

Nutty & Fruity Thai Mango Gummies

Another TikTok craze that’s made its way to Costco! While these mango gummies are perfect for 4/20, they aren’t that kind of gummy. But stick with me, because they’re not fully unrelated. Both parts of these peelable mango gummies are edible, wrapping and innards. The perfect thing to blow the mind of your cousin who blazed up before brunch!

Catalina Crunch Xtreme Cheddar Snack Mix

Of course we need to add some crunchy, salty snacks to the mix if we’re going to do 4/20 right. And why not make it healthy if we can? This cheddary snack mix from Costco has 10 grams of protein in each serving and is made with real cheese. So at least you’re not blowing your gains while you celebrate.

Don Lee Farms Crispy Shredded Chicken Tacos

Let me tell you: Tacos absolutely slap when you’re flying high. Well, actually they slap anytime—especially when they’re crispy, loaded with chicken and cheese, and you don’t even have to walk to the local taco stand to get some. Pop a couple of these puppies in the air fryer when a craving strikes (and make sure you have some salsa and sour cream on hand, too).

Kirkland Signature Large Cage Free Eggs

Not sure if you’ve noticed (lol), but eggs have become a hot topic of conversation. Some people even claim that they decided who to vote for in last November’s presidential election based on egg prices. That’s wild, right? Well, if eggs rule everything around you, be sure to pick up a palette of five dozen at Costco to dye or devil. It wouldn’t be Easter without them.
