Big shoutout to the somewhat divisive Kit Kat Ghost Toast and a huge congratulations to the triumphant return of Altoid Sours aka Retro Sours. It really came down to the best candies of 2024 that we simply cannot stop thinking about—the ones we’re going to buy (or have already bought) with our hard earned cash. These green-and-tan swirled hard candies combine buttery, salty caramel with just a hint of sour green apple. They are sophisticated and complex and really make you rethink hard candies and how underappreciated they are.
